Hi,
Quick update: We just pulled this version (7.0.1045), but if you install it once again, it should work fine (seems to be an installation bug of sorts.
This should be sorted out by the end of the day, hopefully sooner.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Best,
Paul
Ah crap. Yeah I have this issue too. i got a notification update for the new ensemble, clicked to update and then updated all the VSL plugins also...turns out ensemble didn't update but everything else did: Now I can't load any of the newer updated Vienna Instruments PRO/Synch Pianos/Synch player in the older version of Ensemble though. How do I roll back the instruments btw?
Hi Ben,
You were right. It is working fine now !
Maybe, it would be nice to indicate somewhere the right sequence of the updates in the future...
Because the update message received only mentioned the VE Pro update.
Anyhow, thank you for your efficient support, even late tonight.
Best regards.
Eric
Hi Eric, Make sure to update ALL our Players and VEP to the latest version from today (exception: Vienna Imperial)! Best, BenThanks. Installing now.
There is an auto-updater in the Standalone version of the players (I know many are using it only as plugin).
We are working on a better solution for this, but it will take some more time.
