Hi Paul, As mentioned below, I’d need more than 30 days, as the learning curve is very steep. I did look at many of the videos. They are wonderful but the product. Because the product is complex it takes me forever to try to reproduce what I see. Only to discover that, at least for my level of understanding, it is chicken and egg situation. To wit, I cannot try things in the tutorial videos until I buy the various components. I trust you see my predicament. I am even considering taking the 7 months online class to gain an understanding. That is, before buying any more samples altogether. I am also torn between trading the relative ease of use of the Synchron libraries versus the building potential of one’s sound, given by dry samples. Which is where my question began. I enjoy vocal music and am looking for church IRs. My immediate goal is to emulate music I like, in order to learn how to build a palette (and have a reference for in recorded performances) and then move to pieces of my own. One of my ideal spaces would be, for example, Hagia Sophia. Thank you for taking the time, Alex

Hi Alex,
I seriously believe that 30 days are long enough to test a product.
Of course it depends on your technical and musical level, how much you will get out of it, but that's out of our sphere of influence.
So I'm not sure what you expect from us...
Best,
Paul

[...]Hi Alex,
if you aim for that kind of sound, the MIR Venue "Steinhofkirche" (part of RoomPack 3) is what you're looking for, most likely:
