Steinberg elicensers are fine, I assume?
Because VSL elicense input doesn't seem to allow it. Wants a VSL elicensor? (Even though I think I read that Steinberg elicensers are OK.)

welcome johngrant,
you can use any eLicenser from Steinberg to store VSL licenses on it - just make sure you have installed the latest eLicenser Control Center (or at least update the eLicenser database using maintenance in eLCC), otherwise it may not recognize newer VSL licenses.
