    Hi,

    With the new version (high-resolution) of VIPRO Standalone I still have the usual issue of the eLicenser not always being recognized.

    If there is the dialog with the Retry button, you just click that one, and the boot continues.

    If the dialog with only the Ok button appears, I have to go on the back of the computer closet, disconnect and reconnect the eLicenser, and then click Ok.

    In the past, usually this resulted in the boot continuing. Now, VIPRO freezes, with the spinning ball continuing to sping.

    Hi Paolo,

    We're trying to collect more data here, as this seems to occur on specific configurations, so we can help eLicenser to fix those bugs...

    Which OS are you working on? Which version of the eLCC are you using (version number)?

    I also wonder: If you roll back to the previous VI Pro version, does this change again?

    Hi Paul,

    The OS is the latest one of Mac 10.13.6, and the eLicenser Control Center the one up-to-date when reporting the issue (6.11.10.22.65).

    As soon as possible, I'll try with the tests suggested.
