[SOLVED] Bassoons Ensemble MIRx preset [NOT] missing from MIR PRO

Hi,

I noticed that there isn't a Bassons Ensemble preset in MIR PRO, when in MIRx mode. There are ensemble presets for all the other woodwinds.

Is this setting missing from my installation, or is it really omitted from the collection? How would you replace it?

Hi Paolo,

a gut-feeling tells me that this setting got lost somehow during implementation of the MIRx settings. I can't tell for sure right now as I'm in the midst of an ongoing production and not near my development machine.

I'll get back to you ASAP!

Hi Paolo,

thanks for your patience. I just tested MIR Pro in MIRx mode, but I can't reproduce the issue you seemingly ran into. The "Bassoon Ensemble" Instrument Profile is guessed correctly (i.e. MIR "sees" the samples properly), and the respective MIRx settings are assigned as expected in all five MIRx Venues.

Can you please provide a step-by-step reproduction of the problem and send it to support@vsl.co.at? Ideally you'll include a reference to this thread and as much system- and software-specific information as possible.

Dietz, I'm very, very sorry. I was looking for the VI PRO Section presets, instead of the proper Woodwinds profiles. I can't understand why I din't even see the Ensemble presets in the Woodwinds list of presets.
