  • Instantiating Big Bang Orch, Black eye & Andromeda messes up VEP 6

    Hi;

Have these newer libraries installed on my 10.13 Mac Pro. Installation is fine, everything shows up fine & instantiates initially. But when I start selecting patches, then VEP 6 go nuts & throws off errors saying its not authorized properly, missing keys on the Mac, etc. Maybe this is optimized for VEP 7? Last time I tried installing VEP 7, most of my plugins didn't work so I went back to 6.

Anybody have an idea of troubleshooting?

    Thx,

    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Did you check that you are using the latest version of the eLicenser Control Center?

    Best,
    Paul

  • Yes have latest installed. 2264 released on Feb 3. How do I attach a screen shot of my Vienna stuff? Drag n drop doesn't seem to work. Not seeing a button to click either

    Thx,

    Dan

    Hi,

Let's try with this older version of the eLCC. Please uninstall the current version first, then install this version and run "Maintenance".

Does that fix things for you?

    Best,
    Paul

  • uninstalled latest version, installed the one from link. This is even worse. When I run maintenance, get errors, tried several times. Attaching screenshot

  • Hi,

Too bad, this older version usually works well as a workaround, if you are not on macOS Mojave.

How old is your key, and how many licenses does it contain?

    Best,
    Paul

  • I reinstalled the new version. Then I ran 3 of the processes under the support column, clean up memory, update database, etc. I could load up the new libraries under Synchron Player without throwing off errors. I'll see how it behaves in a real session when I have other VI's running
