D 274 not working

Hi guys. I wonder if you could help. I have bought the D-274 piano and downloaded it. I loaded up a track on my logic session and opended the new syncron piano plugin. This opened up my D-274 just fine then whne i use my midid keyboard or even the mouse just manually clicking the keys on the screen it is all working i.e the keys depress etc but no sound is coming out at all. The keys to me look a littel greyed out too.

Any help would be brilliant.

Hi Matthew, 

Did you install the sample content (you should see *.vsynvolume files) and did you check that the location is correct in the Synchron Player Preferences => Database?

Also make sure you have downloaded and installed the Room-Mix. These microphone information are required and the piano will not work without them.
