    Hello Dear,

    I bought various Synchron series these days, and installed them, but I can’t find only the Synchron concert D-274 on Synchron player presets on factory tab(despite I can find it on preference menu) , Except of that, I can find Synchron Power drums and percussions, Epic Orchestra 2.0... no matter.
    I installed several times and tried all day, but still couldn’t solve the problem.

    I updated to newest Vep7, Synchron player and Vienna download manager(using windows 10)
    Please help me to solve that, thank you.

    Hi,

    for the Synchron Pianos please install and use the Synchron Piano Player. It is a player optimized for the special needs of a piano.
