Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing a lot of trouble recently when playing any song involving Synchron Player in Cubase Pro.
I'm using the Dimension Strings bank, and on each track I add a different Synchron player-I'm doing like this as I first had this problem with Vienna Ensemble Pro 7, and hoped it would be solved by using intruments tracks instead of midi tracks linked to a rack instrument.
I don't know where this problem comes from, since I bought a year ago an iMac Retina 5K, 27 inches, late 2015. The processor is 4 GhZ Intel Core i7, my Ram has been expanded to 32 Go. My Os is Mojave. I thought I wouldn't have any problem with this configuration. Of course I paid the licence for Cubase Pro, as for the VSL products. When I play a song, it works ok at the beginning, but very soon I can see the audio performance tab getting red...
Could it be a Real Time Audio Performance Problem like in this video :
?
I should add I have many hard drives through a hub, but my Cubase sessions are on an external drive directly linked at the back of the iMac, just like the SSD drive with the VSL samples.
In case it would be of interest, I also have linked two more screens through the thunderbolt ports at the back of the computer.
It seems the problem is only with Synchron Player, not with Vienna Instruments Pro.
What could I do ? Uf anyone could help it would be great, I'm a professionnal with a lot of work, and this really stops me...
Thanks a lot for your reply
