    Hi
    I am a loyal customer for many years.
    A few weeks ago I bought new sounds on your website.I have considered reinstalling everything again, on an external ssd disk for convenience.The software has installed successfully, but the libraries could not be installed correctly.During the "adding path to repository" process the installation process is locked on the screen, and forces me to close the installation unduly.I never had this problem before.I have tested the installation on my old hard drive and the problem persists.All this is due to reinstalling the libraries after the recent purchase on your website, it seems incomprehensible to me.Luckily I also use Kontakt and I can continue working, but I would like to continue enjoying my VSL libraries.

    Hi Oscar,

    make sure the SSD is not formatted with FAT / ExFAT.
    If you have the libraries installed somewhere else you can also move / copy them to the new SSD instead of running the installer, and after copying set the paths in the Directory Manager / Synchron player directly.
