I own the pro edition so I was glad to see that I could download a lot of free samples from VSL.
Yesterday I downloaded the free samples. I wondered then already why these were .exe files. I also did not understand why the sounds were not zipped, because it took quite some time to download the big files.
But anyway, this morning I wanted to hear them. But I don't know what to do with them. They don't look like the Giga files that are on my computer, they are executables.
When I double click on them the computer tells me that 'the program is not reacting' or things like that. I am new to pc's, so I am afraid to mess up things to much.
I hope the sounds are usable for the Giga sampler. Or did I download something for another platform?
