    I've got a problem with an elicenser/dongle. since this morning it's not been showing a vienna license, although it worked fine before. when trying to activate it again, it comse up with an error message saying the license had already been activated before, thuse it can't be done again? is there a way of requesting a new activation key? or what's the solution here otherwise?

    Did you try updating/ performing maintenance on the license application?

    I see you joined the forum in July of 2008. Your Vienna key isn't 11 years old is it? If updating doesn't work than there's nothing anybody can do for you here you'll have to contact VSL support.

    yes, updated to all the latest software, maintenance, all done, nothing worked. License still not showing up.

    I got a newer dongle in 2017. I looked for Support VSL, but couldn't find it anywhere. any direct links to page please?
