    I recently bought the VI SE Complete bundle and I've noticed that many of the articulations available when you load a Matrix, aren't listed in the Patches tab of VI. When I look at the solo violin, for example, in the patches tab it shows;

    staccato, detache, sustain, sforzando, legato, portamento, tremolo, and pizz.

    No trills, no repetitions, no harmonics… all of which are available if I load the 01S Solo Violin + matrix.

    Is this normal?

    You'll find those articulations in the "advanced" folder in the Patch Browser.

    Brilliant! Thank you so much!

    I feel so stupid though. I thought "00 Violin Advanced" was the name of the folder I was looking at. I didn't realise that it was another folder.
