Do the new SYNCHRON_ized SE Bundel is stil usable with VI and VIPro Player or it works only with the new Synchron Player ?
And then, will it be possible to continew to use the old SE edition with VI and VIPro ?

Yes, absolutely, those products will work side by side.
They have separate licenses and separate sample content.
