The new Cantabile articulations are great. And Vienna Dimension Strings III is also very exciting! Thanks.

Hi Jimmy,
thanks a lot for our encouraging feedback. And yes, there is "reasenable hope" for the other string sections!

I agree with Jimmy (often we do by the way 😊 😉.
We all faithful customers and supporters are looking forward to it, Herb.
Thank you for the commitment!
Hi Paul,
I think I have found a repeatable bug in 1.1.1152. This happens in Cubase 10 64 bit in Windows as well as the latest version of Vienna Ensemble Pro 64 bit.
-Load the lastest version of the synchron player
-Load dimension synchron Strings 1 1st Violins all players.
-now try to unload the impulse response for player 1, Player 2 ,player 3 and player 4 (I like to use lexicon reverb)
-when you get to player 3 or 4 of unloading the impulse response Synchron player starts to go into
"Mearuing Streaming performance" for no apparent reason and then hangs.
Hi
I've installed the latest version of the Synchron Player and I've noticed that when I load the "04 Cellos-8 VelXF" preset from Synchron Strings I, the intensity of the marcato is always the same when I play with the Legato/Marcato patch. Whether I play softly or loudly, it doesn't change anything. It does the same thing with all the other strings sections. But it wasn't the case with the previous versions of the player. Am I doing something wrong ?
Best,
David
Hi Paul
Thanks for the reply. I know that the intensity of the Marcato depends on the played velocity. But when I play very softly on my keyboard, the sound of the Marcato is yet very loud. It wasn't like that before.
Here is an audio example : VelXF is On and is at 64 and the Dim. Ctrl. A (Velocity) fader moves between 50 and 64.
Best,
David
Hi David,
Ok, of course I believe you. It works fine here. Can you please send me the project file or a quick example project: support@vsl.co.at?
Did you check with a newly loaded preset in a new song or does this "only" happen in an existing song?
Best,
Paul
