utterly new to VSL and it’s technology...i’m currently writing for voice and small wind ensemble (flute, clarinet, horn, trumpet, tuba and percussion (sus. cymbal, snare, bass drum)) to be performed live via Notion 6...which of the libraries should i start with? sorry for the inane question...

the SE Vol. 1 covers all the instruments you mentioned (except voice).

If you use repetitions, trills, etc. you should take a look at the PLUS bundle:

If you know that you'll never use the solo + orchestral strings, you could even just buy the sections you need.
