    Hi every one,

    When trying to install the FX- Presets update I get an error: "Folder is not writable".

    On my Mac I change this folder properties and make it writable for staff. I restart the installation but I get a new error message: "installation incomplete" ...

    Synchron Player is updated, Download Manager too, I don't understand what went wrong.

    The folder I tried to install the FX presets update contains two files:

    - SmartOrchestra_Main.vsynvolume

    -SmartOrchestra_Patches.vsynvolume

    Is it the right place?
