MIR Roompacks

Hello David!
I guess that either you don't have the MIR roompacks installed or that you are pointing at the wrong folder.
The default installation path on a Windows computer is C:\ProgramData\VSL\Vienna MIR
This folder can be changed though, so I can't say which folder you might have chosen. The MIR roompacks can be installed with the Download Manager and with the Library Installer.
Best regards,
Andi

Hi Andi, sorry yes things had progressed but are still not resolved. But I'll try some more and come back if I need to.

Hi Andi,
I shall try to do a clean reinstall of the roompacks. I have two roompacks the Vienna Konzerthaus and the Studios & Soundstages. In my software installer area I have these:
The date for these is 2013 are these the correct files to download?
When I have tried this before I have been getting this message:
but I have never received an activation code for the new licence.
The only license in my eL c is:
you said the installation path is C:\ProgramData\VSL\Vienna MIR - did you mean C:\Program Files\VSL\Vienna MIR? My C drive doesn't have a ProgramData folder:
My program Files folder has these subfolders:
Thanks

David,
to me it seems as you're trying to install Vienna Konzerthaus (RoomPack 1), while the eLicenser shows a license for the Studios & Soundstages (RoomPack 2). This wont work.
... but if this doesn't explain the actual problem, then please get in contact with VSL support staff - they will be able to sort out any license-related confusion swiftly. :-)
Kind regards,

Hello David!
The MIR Roompack licenses you have should work with the MIR roompack downloads you see in your user area. I'm not sure what you have installed currently and where you have it installed. Installed roompack files have the ending .vmi. The default location is what I have written in my first post, but it can be changed during installation. I recommend looking for these .vmi files and then setting the path in the VE Pro Preferences under Vienna MIR Pro. If this doesn't help, I would delete the .vmi files and redownload and install the roompacks.
Best regards,
Andi
