Hello Everyone,
I am new to forums, and may not be doing this right. Please instruct me if I am posting this wrong.
I am using Vienna Imperial in Cubase. I was using it successfully in two files for a few weeks, created in Cubase 10. Now it suddenly is giving the notice that it has disappeared, and in both files. It is not there as a choice when I create a new track. I opened Cubase's Plug-In Manager, and see that it is blacklisted. A few other VSL Plug-Ins are also blacklisted, they are listed as VST 2, 64 bit. There is a notice that says that VST 2 plugins are no longer supported.
I know Cubase 10 does not support VST 2, but I believe there is a workaround way to do it. I cannot figure out how to post a question for a new thread in the Steniberg forums.
Is Vienna Imperial VST 2? Why does it nonetheless say it is 64 bit? And why did it work fine for several weeks, and then stop?
I shopuld say that I am barely able to use my VSL products, but I have managed to get things going - a little. I also have VE, and a Mac. (I created the files in Cubase 10, for reasons I don't understand, when I open files again, they often open in Cubase 9, or 9.5.)
I would appreciate any help!
Thank you, Splendiforous
