    Hello everyone.

    Thank you for your help.

    I am using Google translation, so I am sorry if there is something strange.

     

    I bought both CFX and Steinway. I will download the purchased syncron library from now on.

    I use the SYNCHRON piano as logic, but I recognize it as a plug-in, but it will not start reading the sample.

    Since it is saved in an external SSD, it is properly specified by preference.

    I did not work on the main iMac.

    I tried it on a sub MacBook Pro, but the result is the same.

    External SSD also tried other things and built-in, but again the result is the same.

    I think that the access right of the checked file is also fine, but is there a problem I have not noticed?

     

    Or is there a basic mistake?

    I already have no idea. help me.

    Welcome tdsk, 

    Did you check that your sample content is actually installed (you should see *.vsynvolume files). If you don't see vsynvolume files yet, please click INSTALL in the Download Manager.

    These folders are assign to your DATABASE (in Synchron Pianos Preferences) automatically. 

    To assign these folders manually, use the small +/- buttons in the lower left corner of the Database window. 

    If that doesn't help, please send a few screenshots to support@vsl.co.at.

Unfortunately I tried it already, but that does not solve it.
* .vsynvolume file also exists, initially allocated automatically.
I will send you some screenshots.
I am very happy because I think about the solution together.
