    Hi,

    I think that it would be very useful if there were a "save as" option in Vienna Ensemble. There is a lot of times when we modify some set of instruments, but we don't want to save with the same name. In this cases, it's necessary to restart the instrument set to save it with a new name, what is not the best solution at all.

    Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question but it's pretty simple.  Upper left hand corner where you see File + Save As + then highlight whatever the file name is + Backspace + remane the file then save.

    Thank you, jasensmith. I didn't pay attention to the menu "save as" option! I had at sight just the "save" icon in the GUI, and in this windows there is no "save as" icon. Solved!
