    I just finished installing everything.

    I'm having trouble with the vienna ensemble.

    I tried opening cfx. Channel - insert plugin - vienna snychron piano.

    An error pops up. ->An unhandled exception was caught!

    Someone help me please?

    Hi dmp, 

    Please install the latest versions of both VE and Synchron Pianos, then it will work fine.

    Hi Paul,

    I updated to fix this problem. I have the latest vesions of VE pro and synchron pianos. The problem of the crash is fixed but now I can't get to the MIX page of synchron Pianos. It seems to be blocked out. I am on windows 10 64 bit.

    Hi,

    Confirmed. Must have slipped through. We will take care of it!

    If you are not using Synchron Power Drums, you can always roll back to the previous versions of VI/VE and VE PRO, as well as the Synchron Pianos.
