    Thanks Paul. I think since Nuendo 7 & 8 have issues in Seirra and High Sierra, it could be a number of things. THanks for the help and I look forward to getting it working

    Same problem here, but using Logic Pro X. The plugin will work a while when you put it into a project, but then suddenly for no good reason it will crash Logic. Logic will then refuse to load the project because it crashes everytime loading the Synchron plugin. 

    The only way to get back into your project is to remove the dongle which prevents the Synchron plugin from loading, remove the offending track and add it back again. VERY annoying.

    Please send the crash reports to support@vsl.co.at, with a quick link to this thread. 

    @Sovereign: In this case, please send the first crash and the second crash, in case those are different. 

     

    The more information we have (OS, specs, used software versions), the faster we can reproduce the problem. 

    Reproduction steps are always appreciated!

    I'm also experiencing some crash on Cubase 6.5, apparetely when I open more istances of Synchron Player and adding automations (I could be completely wrong). But I don't know why Cubase is not creating crashdumps from that..

    Hi Paul,

    I created a large project in Cubase 9.5 on Windows 10.  After adding instance of Synchron Yamaha piano, the project crashes when trying to load.  

    I sent support@vsl.co.at 3 crash dump reports.

    Now Cubase 9.5 on Windows 10 is crashing everytime I try to export an mp3 of a project with Synchron Piano.
