Please download and install the latest Download Manager (otherwise the product is not recognized).
As always with new products, make sure that you are using all the latest available VSL software (see link above) and the latest eLicenser Control Center Software.

I too am having the same problem. I downloaded and install both updated versions of the Vienna Download Manager and eLicenser Control and receive the same message. Any ideas? Help!

I have updated my eLicenser Control Center. I have attached screenshots for the eLicenser Control Center with the Vienna Key, the Download Manager. I entered the Activation Code however, Steinberg informs me that the code is not valid.
Let me know if the screenshots did not transfer.

Your screenshot shows that you are not using the latest Download Manager.
I also suggest to install the latest eLicenser Control Center, to be safe.
