  • [SOLVED] Can't install YAMAHA CFX

I've tried download it twice now and when the download is completed I try to install it, but this error messages come:

This package.info file is incomplete. If this is a downloaded package, please ensure that the entire package is downloaded before starting the library installer.

Can I please get some manual links so that I can start using this piano?

    Hi McArnes,

Please download and install the latest Download Manager (otherwise the product is not recognized).

As always with new products, make sure that you are using all the latest available VSL software (see link above) and the latest eLicenser Control Center Software.

    Best,
    Paul

  • I too am having the same problem. I downloaded and install both updated versions of the Vienna Download Manager and eLicenser Control and receive the same message. Any ideas?  Help!

  • Hi,

Did you also update your eLicenser Control Center?

If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot that shows both the eLicenser Control Center, the Download Manager and the error message on the screen: support@vsl.co.at

    Thanks,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

I have updated my eLicenser Control Center. I have attached screenshots for the eLicenser Control Center with the Vienna Key, the Download Manager. I entered the Activation Code however, Steinberg informs me that the code is not valid.

Let me know if the screenshots did not transfer.

    Thank you!

    Hi Professor,

Your screenshot shows that you are not using the latest Download Manager.

    Please get it here.

I also suggest to install the latest eLicenser Control Center, to be safe.

    Best,
    Paul
