How to add VSL to Cakewalk Platinum

Hi, Very new to VSL. I downloaded all the instruments into pc desktop and tried to add them into my DAW---Cakewalk Platinum, but couldn, t see them listed in the daw. I  ve spent hours in sorting it out but failed. Anyone can help me get it fixed? Thanks

Welcome Boch, 

Did you check that the correct VST Plug-in Folder is assigned in the Preferences of your DAW?

You define the installation path when you install our software (you can check/change it if you simply install it again).
