This is more of an unusual demo, the basic inspiration is obviously Ligeti's Atmosphere, however with my own twists. The main idea was to keep the piece moving in however ways possible but through subtle shades. In the first few minutes, some percusive pitched instruments including piano/prepared piano, has had the attack removed so you still get the timbre of the instrument but with a wind type instrument attack. Following this section, it is pretty traditional writting using lots of trills, rolls in order to give it some movment, in the end I wanted some very low pitched sounds to hear the slow beats, again to keep the movment.
