    I received an email inviting me to participate in a survey. It seems to be from you but there's no confirming information on your web site.  We all have to be careful about phishing schemes and malware/viruses.

    Can you confirm it's from you?

    My first survey response: Please link these surveys via a page on your trusted web site that I recognize, not directly to some other site. Or simply invite me to log in, unless you're attempting to make this an anonymous survey, but still announce it on your site.  Thanks.
