    I spent a lot of time setting up my CC controls to my keyboard and saved a blank default matrix with these routings, but I also want to be able to quickly tryout Synchron Strings, and unfortunately when I load any preset files included with the library it replaces all my midi CC controls. In the past I would have to make my own templates from scratch which took hours for each instrument, and now with Synchron having so many mic positions re-setting up from scratch will take way more time then I can afford right now. 

    Is it possible to load my midi CC routings / workflow into these wonderful VE pro & VI Pro templates? I really hope its possible!!

    HI Jon,

    Yes, totally possible.

    Activate "Synchronize Control Map" in the VI / PRO Settings and you can copy & paste your existing CONTROL MAP settings to another instance... ALL instances will now have the same settings.

    I'm showing that in the SETUP video right here and of course it's also mention in the printed Setup Guide for Synchron Strings.

    Thanks Paul!! "Sychronize control map" works great for the control map, but is there a similar feature for the X-Y Matrix settings? I should have watched the video first, but I only have a few hours today to play with synchron and wanted to jump right in, lol. I'll try reading the manual now. :)

    Hi JT3, 

    Not for all instruments, but in every instrument, you can choose Sync Matrix "ON&CTL" (in ADVANCED VIEW => OPTIONS) and at least all matrices in one instances are switching to the same controller. 

    Check out the super short Setup Guide, you will get some more tips.
