    Hi there, 

    I got my copy or MIR Pro 24 with RoomPacks 1 & 3 today.

    I installed the eLicenser Control center as well as the Vienna Software and downloaded the roompacks via the Vienna Download Manager on a separate hard drive. The problem is that as soon as it finished downloading each roompack, the download manager unexpectedly quit.! And it keeps quitting every time I try to install the roompacks again.

    Any idea of what the cause might be? Is there anything I am doing wrong, or that I haven't done? (as far as I know all the software are up to date)

    I'm on a iMac Intel Core i7, OSX 10.9.5

    Hi,

    Please try with the Download Manager you find in the Software Archive (still supports OS X 10.9.5).
