    Thank you Paul This is amazing

    but i wonder, Can I make router, from IAC external midi channel to these channels into the logic mixer ?

    because midi works fine but i can't use region to place features from logic that region.

    can you think share Vienna Metafreme Save file from 6x16 server Multiport ? It takes a lot of time to do it on Vienna

    hi all .. .. i just startet bulding a new logic default song for my orchestration work. .. starting from the 6x16 template i was able to place all the instruments in one instance using four ports .. that's a great overview and much more easy to use! .. but there is one issue: .. i renamed all channels regarding the instruments i use in this way: .. VI-1 .. VI-2 .. VI-3 .. and so on. .. but in the score editor - after bulding a new instrument set- every track is named 'grand piano'. .. so, what could be my misunderstanding with this?

    You have to create a Score Set and within name them appropriately.

    i renamed all Tracks/Channels in the Arrange Window.

    The Instrument Set is showing these names correctly, i just added the short names.

    In the Page View of the full score the names are showing correctly.

    But i'm rather using the linear view of the fullscore with 'show instrument names' activated.

    And there is every Channel named 'Grand Piano'

    I have not used (nor do I recommend) the Multiport in years nor do I still use MIDI and Multi-instruments, only Software Instruments so without seeing the project, I cannot help further.

    Usually I am paid to be a Logic consultant but zip it and email it to me and I will take a quick look if you like.

    And now so do you. Again, I cannot recommend the Multiport methodology for the reasons I outlined in the email, amongst others.
