I'm still having some trouble with Halion, though. It seems not to like having one instance of a VST and one standalone at the same time. It works OK for a while then starts to do strange things...

Hi again
Some more helps:
* I always use HALion
only as (a) VST-instrument(s)!
* Check the home page of Tim Kiel. He wrote some tutorials "How to use Halion with "Perfomance Tool". Have a look at
http://www.timkiel.com/music/tutorials/t1-vsl_halion.htm* Also VSL has written a tutorial. Have a look at
http://www2.vsl.co.at/deutsch/Seiten/USER_AREA/Downloads/TOOLS.htm > Manual > and then "Performance Tool HORIZON"
It's very difficult to be the doctor for your problem. There could be so much wrong as you can guess with my last answer in the upper topic. If you want, send me a screen-shot of
"the wrong situation" to my mail-address. How to do a screen-shot?
(Press "Prt Scr" > go to a graphic-program > insert the screen-shot by pressing "paste" > save the screenshot as a XXX.jpg - picture)And finaly a further possibility is to contact
Bernd Mazzag at VSL
b.mazagg@vsl.co.atHe also helped me once to come clear with Cubase, HALion and the Perf.Tool.
(Bernd, I hope I did nothing wrong by writing your name here).
all the best
