Is it possible to copy (not transfer) licenses from one key to another to be used as a backup?
There's been a rash of break in's in our area and I would hate to lose my only license key.

Sorry. I'm afraid not.
It might be time to review your home or studio insurance policy😊
Well, in my case my key is semi-insured. Bassically, it falls under my homeowner's insurance. It's considered part of the computer it is attached to so it's just extended coverage on my studio computer. If anything happens to the computer, I'm covered. If anything happens to just the key I'm not. In other words I can't travel with it and I have to buy a new one every two years to keep the warranty valid.
Okay, I'm not going to get sucked into another one of these Vienna key debates. I learned my lesson the last time. I only posted to let Rick know that it's not like you can just run down to the hardware store and get a duplicate key made.
With literally volumes of stuff written about the Vienna key, VSL could dedicate an entire section of the forum to just "Key Matters."
So, Rick or anybody else for that matter, if you are so inclined, do a forum search and set some time (a lot of time) aside to read through it all.
Thanks!
I came across some threads on this subject after I posted my question. I'm just going to have to be extra careful with this key.
