Red cells in expression map presets

Most of the Cubase expression map presets are working fine, but I recently purchased the Alto Sax, and here all the cells in the instrument are red when I load the expression map preset. If I load the Alto Sax non-expression map/regular VSL preset everything looks fine - is there something wrong with the expression map preset file, or am I doring something incorrect?

I've also noticed some red cells here and there in other expression map presets, eg. the solo cello.

Of course, right after posting I worked it out... I have to select the instrument from the 'Single Instruments' list, not the 'Saxophones' list.

However, the mystifying single red cell in the Cello preset still worries me - can anyone shed any light on this?

Hello davgra!

The red cell in the VI preset "SS_Cello_L2" is filled with a patch from the Solo Strings II collection that you don't have. It gets triggered when you add the mute expression to your arrangement. You can replace it with the patch "10 VC_sus_Vib".
