  • Masterfully done performance and the arrangement is really imaginative.  


  • It's always interesting to hear a well known tune in a new arrangement. A dangerous project for the arranger, because people tend to like what they best know. But here Guy, you did a fabulous job: everything in your score remains very recognizable and yet it's so different and full of small surprises and tiny variations. A rich instrumentation makes it even wealthier. I do like the sax solo with the beautiful bend.
    The overall atmosphere is so relaxing as the title suggests.

    The Synchron Stage sounds good, but that is not the most striking thing in your arrangement. I assume you did it as a kind of demo, which is of course more than succeeded. You've used an unusual amount of tail here. On purpose?

    Muziksculp, No additional reverb was added for the synchron perc. instruments, out of the box. 

    Paul, glad you liked the sax, slightly cheesy, but worked out. I share your sentiment, it's the kind of song that sticks with you for ever. 

    Max, I'm still playing around with this new set up, balancing primary and secondary mic, so will certainly keep on adjuting with time. Thanks for your comment.

    Hi Guy,

    I was asking if you added any additional Reverb to the non-Synchron based Instruments (not the Perc.) that you processed using the Synchron Stage via MIR-Pro  ?  Basically .. is this only MIR-Pro using Synchron Stage ? or you used additional Reverb as well.

    Oh sorry! You use the synchron stage as any other venue in MIR Pro, wet/dry. Just this time was using primary and secondary mics, and you could also balance the rev between them.

    Yes, I'm aware of that. Just asking if you added any additional Reverb besides MIR-Pro (Sychron Stage Venue) in this track ?

  • Gorgeous arrangement! I loved the variations between verses. loved the sax stuff especially, as was mentioned by others. The whole thing is great! Feels vintage and totally true to the song.
