    Hello, 

    Suddenly I can't load anymore any preset of Violin Solo in VI Pro and VI.

    In fact the loading process does its job as usual except at the very end : it does not load any samples.

    The interface of VI Pro reacts at usual but no sound to hear and to see. 

    Viola Solo, Cello Solo, Bass Solo, Violin 2, Cello 2 work fine.   Only Violin Solo don't. 

    I got a message telling : "This preset is using the disabled cells feature. etc.." So I did enable the cells by double-click, Right-click the matrix name, use the "enable cells on MIDI activity" option in General Settings, and use the "Force enable cells" option in General Settings.   And nothing changed ... 

    What should I do ?

    Hi jpg,

    Quite strange indeed. Does this also happen when you load single patches?

    The first thing I would do is to delete the current sample content and download and install Solo Strings once again, best to a different location.

    Do I have to delete and install the entire Solo Strings or is it possible to do so only for the Violin Solo ?

    Hello, 

    You will have to delete the entire Solo Strings, a separate download of just the Solo Violin is not available.
