    Does anyone know where all of my presets for my plugins are saved?

    This depends on the plug-ins as well as the method you used to save their settings, and on other environmental variables. Many plug-ins offer a built-in preset management; most plug-in hosts like VE Pro, Cubase/Nuendo, ProTools, Logic etc. put their own plug-in management structures on top of that; and all of this will differ under different operating systems.

    ... IOW: Your question is hard to answer in this vague form. ;-)

    Sorry for being vague, it was a quick post.  I was speaking about Vienna Suite plugins.

    Assuming that you're working with Windows, they should be sorted neatly in this folder, by default:

    -> [system disk]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Vienna Suite Presets
