Thank you kindly. I am saving up for Dimension Strings and Vienna Instruments Pro... I think both will suit my music well. Dimension Strings is a bit pricy for a hobbyist but..... someday soon I hope.
I highly recommend Vienna Instruments Pro. Your pieces are excellent as is, but the humanization features of VI Pro would very substantially improve your work with very little additional expense (or effort).
This movement is charming. Your skills working with the Classical Aesthetic seem to be steadily improving. I listened carefully and could not detect by ear any inconsistencies or anachronisms. It is particularly remarkable that you accomplished this using only the Special Editions. Congratulations!
Have you looked at the book "Harmony in Haydn and Mozart" by David Damschroder? I have the Damschroder "Harmony in Beethoven" which I am currently reading and so far, I can recommend it. His Haydn and Mozart book seems a natural for your interests. I also have his book on Schubert, but I do not recommend that title.
I look forward to listening to your next creation.
