    Hi, I had a very stable template going and then added a few more kontakts.  Now whenever I connect VEP crashes imediently.  I have no idea why.  I've tried loading the new instruments in a new small template and it works fine but it my large template it crashes as soon as I try and connect with Cubase.  Has anyone else delt with this?

    just had a big issue with it, yeah. And when I updated to the latest version of vep5 no connections showed, and this was horrifying! I contacted them and they gave me an older install but the crashing continues. However it looks like on my system that there's an issue with the Slate bundle, in particular the mix rack, that causes VEP5 to crash. taking the virtual mix rack out of my plugins folder allows VEP to open. In fact, VEP was probably the most solid piece of software on my machine until a couple weeks ago.

    Hi,

    VE PRO 5.4.15566 should be stable and working on all OS's.
    You can always send your crash dmp files (Win) or crash reports (OS X) to support@vsl.co.at, best with some steps to reproduce the problem and also a description of the involved software (version numbers!).
