I am running Windows 10 and VEPro 5. This morning I woke up to the following eLiencer message:
Application Vienna Instruments PRO has caused the following error: Too many applications registered.
I have been using this machine as a slave running VEPro 5 for almost a year with zero issues. The computer is not online. I have tried moving the dongle to another USB slot, same error message. This machine contains most of my string libraries! I need help!

I just updated Vienna Instruments Pro, The Installer App, and the Elincenser and still get the error message. All of my other libraries are loading fine, but not my Vienna Instruments.

I think I solved the problem. I transferred my authorizations to an extra USB dongle that I had and tried the new dongle. All of the instruments loaded. SOLVED for now (hopefully for the long run).

I am having the same problem loading a metaFrame.
Application 'Vienna Instruments PRO' has caused the following error:
Too many applications are registered.
Also this hags the program and have to do an ctrl-alt-delete to close it.
This is using Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 on a Windows 10 machine.
I have cleand the memory using eLicenser.
When updating eLicenser License Database I get the following error:
A connection to the license server could not be established....
