    I bought Cello 2 today (via Ilio), installed the license, and and downloaded the library. When I try to install the library I get an alert with the message "The following licenses are needed to install this package: "DL SOlo Cello 2 * " etc., and it doesn't allow installation.

    My licenser does contain a license for "DL Solo Cello 2", and the licenser appears to be working fine for other licenses. 

    I updated my elicenser software just in case, but that doesn't make any difference.

    Hi Mike,

    most likely yor are running an older version of VI or VI PRO?
    To install the new cello you need to have the actual version installed.

    I updated everything and it's installiing now. Thanks. 

    (I think the problem was actually the Vienna Download Manager that was out of date? I don't know why out-of-date VI Pro or VE Pro would affect installing a sound library.)
