So this is just frustrating... I need to download the new Percussion full package I've purchased and the download manager will not download or install. It starts to download and then stops and nothing happens! I've tried it on my mac and on my pc... There is something wrong with Vienna's servers. Please help!

Hi Mark,
This probably has to do with the route the data is taking, or maybe you are behind a severe firewall (big companies and universities can have such firewalls).
Do you have a chance to download on a different internet access?
All our servers are fine, and we´re getting full speed on all our computers worldwide.

Thank you for your response! I am checking in with my IT department, I do not have access to different internet so I will see what they can do about it. When I get home later tonight I will try from my internet at home and see if that seems to work.
