    Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to automate volume faders in Vienna ensemble pro 5, (or any other fader). I do not mean doing it from a DAW, but inside VEP. I read the manual, but it is not clearly explained or I missed something there.

    Hello and welcome, Toni -

    more or less any single parameter in VE Pro can be remote controlled either by MIDI or the tools supplied by the plug-in format of your choice (VST, AU, AAX ...). But VE Pro doesn't offer a built-in sequencer / time line / automation engine to record and replay any of these parameter changes. 

    IOW: Your DAW will (have to) take care for that. :-)

    Either that, or you make use of VE Pro's remote control (a.k.a. "Automation Mapping") options. They are explained on p. 58  of VE Pro's Manual.
