    I 've ordered VSL 11 days ago, and the dealer from which I ordered says that they're still waiting for ILIO to send them the package...

    And when they'll get it, they'll have to send it to me... so another delay... [:'(]

    Why don't dealers keep plenty of VSL packages in stock just in case? [[;)]]

    Can't wait anymore...!

    I wonder if I caught you in time... I have VSL in stock ready to ship right now. I've made it my business to keep plenty of VSL around our store, but I can imagine why most dealers would hesitate to keep such an expensive collection around. Our store is so entrenched in the scoring community that we have made it a top priority to have high-end libraries available at all times. If you want to see just how many composers we have around us, check this out! (we had well over a hundred guests at our VSL Clinic in January.) We also have SI and GOS around and we also build Gigastudio systems. I'll stop the shameless self-promotion now as most BB moderators don't like that kind of thing. Call me if you need to.

    Thanks for the offer Steve... but my order is already made...

    It is usually more expensive for me to buy in the US since I live in Canada, with the duties/taxes, etc... But in the meantime, I am still waiting... [:'(]

    But anyway, I'll check with you when it comes to upgrading to the pro version... I guess that we don't have to use the same dealer for our VIP upgrade...

    No problem. I appreciate your loyalty to your dealer, although I do wonder myself what's taking them so long, as we just ordered two copies of the complete set from Ilio on Monday and got them yesterday. I suspect you are either dealing with a customs issue in the shipment, or maybe your dealer is actually getting it from T&S or Best Service (I forget which one is in the U.K.) in order to ease the tax thing on their end.

    Alexander University/Truespec Systems is an authorized ILIO dealer for VSL and the entire ILIO line. We normally ship VSL to Canada, or anyplace else, within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Those who order from us get the additional benefit of Performance Tool support since Caroline and I prepared the training guides. We're currently working on a new revision we hope to get in next week sometime. Our pricing on VSL is posted at www.truespec.com and members of the SCL (Society of Composers and Lyricists) receive an extra discount.

    We also have the ONLY Giga systems with 3-year onsite servicing including free parts replacement on the main computer for normal wear. Shortly, we'll be announcing our new Kontakt systems with 4GB of RAM.

    At the present time we're going through VSL to prepare special templates and helps for our existing customers.
