    I just finished downloading Dimension Strings violins when the Download Manager (DM) crashed. I restarted the machine (MacPro 5,1 OS X 10.8.5) and started the DM again, hoping that it would finish the installation. Not happening.

    Now what do I do?

    Hi,

    That´s rather strange - did you check that you have the latest Download Manager installed?

    If the download finished, you can also install the sample content with the LIBRARY INSTALLER you find in your "Vienna Instruments" Applications folder.

    => Start the Library Installer

    => Point it to the package.info file that is in the folder that contains your installation files.

    => You can delete the *.cab files (the installation files) manually after the installation has finished.
