Hello Alain!

Your problem can have different reasons.
Could it be that you have added a "Clarinet Bb 2 (Single Instrument)" from the Sibelius Add instruments menu to your score? This instrument only works with our Single instrument Clarinet Bb 2. For the Special Edition and SE PLUS volumes, please always use the first Clarinet Bb. It's no problem to use it more than once.
Further help can be found in the "Troubleshooting" chapter of the "Optimzing Sibelius Playback" manual. For most such cases the solution can be found there.
