    I'm looking into picking up the Alto and Tenor saxes, largely for solo playing. Sweetwater's site has me a bit confused. Is the 'full library' for each of these instruments on the vsl site the same as buying the 'standard plus extended libraries' as sweetwater puts it? I want to ensure I get the whole enchilada. I am looking for the scorching kinds of articulations the Pulp Saxes demo made me drool over.

     

    Is the e licencer issue still standing with the Receptor line? I'd love to have these sounds be that portable and stable. Please advise -Thanks much, Shep

    Hello Shep, 

    Yes, Standard & Extended Library = Full Library. 

    eLicenser still only works on Windows and OS X.

    Thanks much, for your help, Paul! I'm going to start with the Tenor full version, and pick up the Alto when I see the need. Too bad for Sweetwater that they only sells the full sax library. Excited to hear this!!
