    I own the Special Edition library and I just bought Vienna Instruments Pro - I'd like to use the Inspiration Presets but I can't find where to download them from. They didn't download with VI-Pro, and they're not showing in the player. There's no zip file for them in the download and I can't find a link anywhere on vsl.co.at. 

    I did download the "00_SpecialEdition_LibUpdate_2011-11-13.zip" and the result is a .viupdate file that will only open in Teminal. I'm on Mac OS 10.6.8.

    Where can I get the Inspiration Presets and how can I install them?

    Hello Robert,

    Instructions on how to apply Library Updates are in the left column of MyVSL.

    I have also answered your mail to our Support Team, Inspiration Presets are available in VI PRO´s PRESET browser (Special Edition => VI PRO PRESETS => Inspiration Presets).

    I'm getting to know the presets now - I think they'll be a real asset to my workflow.

    I have the special edition vol 1 & vol 2 and i have a vienna instruments pro 2 Demo license. I am not seeing the inspiration presets in that folder you described Paul. 

    I do not think I have downloaded any updates for the special edition for at least 4 years, perhaps more. Which files do I need to download exactly to get the inspiration presets?

    I'd apply the latest Library Updates, then you should see them.
