    I tried to download the 30 day demo version but I am being told that I am not eligible. How does one become eligible?

    Hi,

    Sorry about the misleading message. If you don´t have any of our products registered on your account, you cannot order a demo license in our webshop.

    Here´s the solution: Please register your ViennaKey here.

    Alternatively, you can also use a Steinberg or Arturia Key, if you have one or can get one faster (they are usually available in music stores, and it´s the same copy protection system, "eLicenser").

    Please let me know when this is done (write an email to support@vsl.co.at), I will send a demo license right away.
