    I have recently purchased the Vienna Special Edition Complete Bundle and decided to upgrade to Vienna Instruments Pro 2 and also opted for the Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 upgrade.
    Vienna Instruments Pro 2 seems to have processed properly (eLicense accepted) but when I try to register the code for Ensemble Pro 5 upgrade it tells me that I have nothing to upgrade from.  I know that I have Vienna Ensemble 5 as it was through using it that I clicked the link to 'go pro' which took me to the website where I could purchase the upgrade.
    The code for the eLicenser has been sent to me from you via email, I have tried entering it several times but something seems to be wrong.  It tells me that I have no product to upgrade from.?

    In 'My products' under 'My VSL' Vienna Instruments Pro 2 shows as available for download so that seems in order but there is nothing for Vienna Ensemle Pro 5 Upgrade.

    Please could you advise me on what I have missed/has gone wrong?

    The upgrade would be from Vienna Ensemble Pro 4

    Thanks for your reply Bill

    It wasn't very clear being as the link I followed to upgrade was from within the Version 5 software.  Is it possible to get the Pro 5 upgrade refunded and then purchase the actual Pro 5 version?

    I would suggest that you contact sales@vsl.co.at explain the situation, and I'm sure they will sort things out for you.
