Vienna symphonic library does not want my business!
Never have I tried to make a significant purchase, and when problems arose, nobody cares!! I have had problems with making purchase for three days, I have, as directed, contacted via e-mail the sales team, many, many times, and have received nothing!! silence, because, They don't want my money!!! I tried again today, and though my card was charged, the site said the transaction did not go through. Now I see a charge and a credit on bank statement. Another e-mail Still no word!! Is this a sign of what kind of support I would receive if they took my $2000 and I had made the purchase? John Hayhurst

Hello John,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience but your emails obviously never reached us. I had a look at our database right now and your order failed for some reason, so your credit card won't be charged, of course.
You'll get an email from our sales support with an description of an alternative order possibility.
Again, please excuse the trouble this issue caused!

If not, you might want to let your bank or credit card company know that you are making an international purchase with your credit card. I've had this same problem your having and the fault was with my bank's security measures that I had ask them to take many years ago.
Or, you can deal with a 3rd party distributor like Ilio if you reside in the US.

I have the same problem. I've contacted my credit card company and they say that the transactions never came through. I tried several times while on the phone with them. Same problem,the VSL site says that the was transaction successful then pops back to the checkout screen and says that it failed. I've just contacted sales and am waiting for a response. Aric

I solved all my problems by dealing with a local company in los angeles, called Ilio software.
They understand Vienna Symphony, they have access to all my purchases, potential discounts with further upgrades, their dollar to Euro value is always accurate. And becuase I am not using my credit card over seas I have not had the issues with failing purchases. the people at Ilio have been great, and knowledgabe. they use and like the products and will definately lead you the right direction.
